Transforming your life, starting a new business – indeed, all big changes – can seem like a towering mountain or a terrifying abyss.
The secret to scaling that mountain and escaping gravity to sail over the current chasm that blocks you from your goal. I learned this and other secrets to successful business and life integration by unearthing my authentic self. How did I do it?
At some point, I realized I needed to close my eyes and leap
The momentum of that first leap led to a journey that in turn led to a total life transformation. Challenges along the way included a painful divorce, navigating a co-parenting relationship, and starting a new business. It also included working with my own transformational coach, discovering how to truly believe in myself – and how to fall in love with my new life.
Throughout the adventure, I realized that “hard stuff” opened the door to awesome stuff. I learned that everything I really wanted was just on the other side of uncomfortable. And believe me: I was really uncomfortable. It took being extremely uncomfortable to fully embrace the process of change and to believe in the power of my future: To believe and trust in my power.

Along the way, I discovered that we lose our personal power by living in our heads, working solely with our own thoughts, dreaming but never translating those dreams into a defined course of action. We freeze up because we’re scared to take risks, to reach out, to challenge ourselves. It’s only natural. The pain, fear and insecurity from past failures, hurts and limitations haunt us.
And the truth is, not every risk is a good one – – but many are!
I want to help you learn to trust yourself to make the right leaps at the right times.
To take the risks that will help you grow, to accept and learn from challenges, to embrace the uncomfortable so you can break through to your authentic self. There are no universal “right” steps. Only the ones that are right for you.
Working with clients, helping them get really clear on their vision, build better systems and boundaries to be their most successful selves — seeing their breakthroughs, feeling their excitement and joy — is truly life-altering. I believe we are stronger together. When we strengthen each other, we strengthen our communities. And I am all about community!
The work I do with clients is constantly evolving and together, we all learn and grow. Watching these transformations ensures that I am doing my part to leave the world a better place for my children.

Rising from the Ashes
Oftentimes, when people look at their lives and realize they’re unhappy, they think they’re in too deep to change paths. As someone who has built one life and, essentially, “burned it all down” to rebuild another, much happier life, I’m here to offer you hope for a better future.
I went from feeling average, small and scared, in an unhappy marriage with a business I liked but didn’t love to leaning into my deepest most authentic self. I learned to lean into my fear and step into my own bravery and now I find myself in a joyful life, filled with love and a business that absolutely lights me up.
You might be thinking “that’s nice for you, but I could never do that.” Well, I’m here to tell you there’s no such thing as “too late” or being “too old” to make a change in your life—only being “too comfortable.” Rebuilding your life is uncomfortable—and it takes bravery and some unlearning of limiting beliefs.

I’m willing to bet things are status quo “ok” most of the time.
Perhaps things are not awful but do you really want to live in “not awful?” What is possible if you decided you were worthy of having a big, bold, beautiful, joy filled life?
