Top Takeaways From This Episode

  • Sometimes you have to leave a good situation for something your heart calls you to.
  • Bravery comes in all forms.
  • Always focus on your why.
  • It’s always more powerful when what you do colloids with helping someone else
  • Celebrate your impact, no matter the scale.

This week’s guest, Gregory Perrine, reminds us that there is bravery in compassion. After almost a decade in catering sales, Gregory took a leap and stepped into opportunity.

In this episode, we learn about the importance of following your instincts, listening to your heart, and understanding the value in working to help others.

A Seed Is Planted

Although Gregory had a well-established career that allowed him to lead a very comfortable life, he felt a pull to do more. His soul was nagging him and he listened. He deeply believed there was “something else” for him to work on.

Gregory came up with the idea of technology training after being faced with his grandfather's shocking and tragic passing and watching his grandmother struggle to learn new technology. Knowing that technology had the power to save lives, the training would be geared towards the elderly. This idea eventually grew into the business Gregory owns today, eGuide Tech Allies.

Gregory and his company, eGuide Tech, live by their core values:

  • Do something that helps someone.
  • Have fun. Be you.
  • Finish what you start.
  • Learn & Teach

Living with Purpose

Gregory also co-hosts the Lauren Ignited Podcast because he understands the importance of doing what you love in life and business. The show is a combination of his love of good food, which was his previous career, and his passion for technology. It's a fun show so be sure to check it out.

Additionally, Gregory is a dedicated marathon runner and stay firm to his personal commitment to physical health.
