Lee Lee McKnight believes in the power of intention and has designed her entire life as such. Nearing her forties, she realized the importance of living in alignment with her personal values, therefore, she puts significant energy out into the world, creating the change shes desires to see. There's a special level of bravery required to create such an intentional life.
Searching for Intention
Lee Lee felt a call to “more,” after years of following along with societal norms. She observed a cultural shift happening, and she wanted in on the action! Women are beginning to recognize the values they hold in the highest regard are often different than what society expects. And that is OKAY! As a result of this realization, Lee Lee founded her business which provides encouragement, support, and community for women living with (or learning to live with) more intention.
Intentional Action
First, living intentionally isn’t always easy. It takes work, focus, and determination. Second, you must define your values and realize you have control (empowerment!). Living with intention means you say ‘no’ to the things that don’t energize you. It also means saying ‘yes’ to the things that light you up. Intentional living happens when you aren’t a bystander in your own journey; you take charge and create the life you want to live!
