Emily is a life-long student. Since her early twenties, she immersed herself in studies focused on living fully. She learned life is what you make of it. Certainly, we agree with that! Your mindset and outlook on life play an integral role in the way it all plays out. Life doesn’t simply happen to you. In fact, you have control!
A Joyful Journey
Emily’s own brave journey began when she separated from her husband. Throughout her marriage, Emily lost her spark. She no longer knew who she was, but she knew she was unhappy. Eventually, enough was enough. Emily knew she wanted to model a woman of strength for her daughter. She wanted to take her happiness into her own hands and live a joyful life.
Emily realized she didn’t have to live anything other than a fulfilling and joyful life. She knows the path isn’t always easy, but it is definitely worth it. In turn, Emily took ownership of her mistakes and began living in her power. Essentially, she went from victim to victor, and her life never looked the same.
Sharing the Joy
Throughout her lifetime, Emily learned the power of community. It’s true – No matter where you are in life, you don’t have to do it alone. As a chef, she began holding intimate cooking lessons in the homes of other women. The community formed there was certainly powerful. It was this love and positivity that led Emily to begin coaching women to live more joyful lives of their own.
