More important now, than ever!
Connecting with gratitude is more important now than ever. Due to shelter in place, we all sit in our homes, isolated from the outside world, and not getting nearly enough information. Honestly, it seems the information changes moment by moment, and yet, nothing ever changes.
It feels like Groundhogs day every-freaking-day.
We're frightened, exhausted, concerned and the unknowing is taking a toll on everyone. But we are doing the hard thing. We are sheltering in place. We're supporting our local and global communities and, somehow, amongst this craziness and chaos we're becoming more connected than ever – even when we're physically separated.
Bring on the Gratitude!
We knew that a special episode of the podcast, dedicated to sharing what we are most grateful for would bring people together. It would remind our listeners and fans to look for the blessings – they are there. Always there, if you bother to look for them. And then there's the sharing. When we share our gratitude we give the people around us permission to feel and express their own gratitude. It gives up perspective and connection. It unites up, lifts us up, and gives up hope.
