She even gets bonus points for having an addictive laugh. Caper shares her story of beating cancer as a young adult, holistic healing, meditation, and more on this week’s episode.

“There’s got to be something wrong here” as she rubs her stomach during her first intuitive experience. Megan was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer at only 32 years old. Her doctor estimated the cancer had been there for at least 5 years. Coincidentally, this coincides with Megan’s experienced her first intuitive experience.

After kicking cancer to the curb, Megan turned a new leaf and has been studying intuition, occupational therapy, spirituality, mind & body experiences, holistic healing, Buddhism, and more for the past 13 years, earning her Masters in Science in Occupational Therapy.

Becoming an Energy Healer

Now, Megan incorporates quality of life factors into her healing methods, asking her clients:

What is meaningful to you in life?

What are your beliefs, fears, joys?

She supports her client’s quality of life factors into her work as a medical intuitive, energy healer, and therapist. This is a combination of using psychic skills and extensive medical care to help people pinpoint a condition or diagnosis.

And then there is Meditation

Megan jokes about how meditation is like playing. It's tuning in with your inner voice, waiting and listening, and having that conversation with yourself.

She offers this sage advice

“listen to your intuition and ask yourself, is this a life lesson, an opportunity, a discovery, or a gift? It’s up to us to decide – if we choose to listen.”

Giving is Good

First Descents is an organization providing young adult cancer survivors free trips rock climbing, kayaking, surfing, and ice climbing. Olympic athlete, Brad Ludden, founded this organization. Cancer leaves you feeling isolated, confused, and alone. This organization brings these amazing people together to experience life again by receiving generous donations from the community.

"It's just boundaries in a very different way. I say this guaranteed your survival, and this was smart for your body to do."
