Writing As Bravery
Hard to imagine that the four-times published author and host of The Brave Files used to hate reading and writing – but it’s true! Fortunately at the age of twelve Heather Vickery fell in love with historical romance novels and poetry. She then began to explore writing as a heart-centered passion. Now armed with a creative writing degree and a lot of tenacity, Heather has released her latest book, F*CK FEARLESS – Making The Brave Leap.
In the book, Heather shares The BRAVE Method which is a system for creatively and strategically creating a life and a business that you LOVE! Through personal stories, case studies of past podcast guests and clients and Brave Action prompts, you as the reader can get to work defining your own brave and building the life you so richly deserve. F*CK FEARLESS is inspirational and funny, with a little bit of badassery.
Perfection is Overrated
Is F*CK FEARLESS perfect? Probably not, no. But perfect isn’t the point. The point is to make something that can help the community, and become a lighthouse for people. The point isn’t to make a pristine book with not a single flaw. Heather’s book is full of messy celebrations, little happy dances, and most importantly, real people.
Connect with Heather
If you’re here, you probably know how to connect with Heather already. But just in case you don’t, Heather has a website, Vickery and Co, she also has an Instagram and a Facebook. And she invites you to join The Brave on Purpose Collective – a free group dedicated to supporting a community of people looking to leverage their fears into intentional bravery.
