Here’s what The BRAVE Method™ will have you doing instead:
- REASSESS: Stop. Take a breath and take stock of your choices, actions, and decisions. Did they get the desired response? How did they make you feel? Are you self-sabotaging with limiting beliefs or refusing to face the real problems?
