When in doubt…manifest that sh*t

When you think of the future, are you stopping yourself from dreaming too big?

Success looks different to everyone, but when you are envisioning your dream future, are you seeing yourself as the version of success you want to be OR are you only envisioning yourself along the way?

The problem is that many of us are stuck in the creation mode of what we’re doing at this exact moment and have no real clue what the hell we’re actually working towards!

Well, it’s time to think beyond the next step, and start envisioning your dream life. Manifest that sh*t.

First you dream it…

Manifesting our dreams isn’t about the details, it’s about the result. It starts with dreaming beyond the self imposed ceiling and tapping into what it will FEEL like to be the person who has made their dreams come true.

I like to call this dreamscaping and it allows you to sit down and clearly paint the picture of what you want your life to be like.

Not sure what your dream life looks like?

Often in life it’s easier to identify what we don’t want than to say what we do. If that’s the case for you, then that’s okay, let’s lean into that.

If you know you don’t want to work a rigid 9-5 job without flexibility, then what do you want instead? Is it to work from home a few days a week? Flex hours? To be totally in control of your own time and schedule?

Taking the time to identify these things will help you get a clear picture of the life you want to build.

Then you build it…

Once you dream it, then it’s time to start intentionally building it, to actively manifest your dream life. Here are three tried-and-true methods both me and my clients actively and intentionally use to manifest our dream lives every day.

  1. Have a future-oriented mindset. State your goals and accomplishments in the present tense as if you’ve already met them. You are speaking it into existence.
  2. Practice affirmations. Your words and thoughts matter. Did you know that your mind actually has the power to override the objective truth and shape the reality you desire?
  3. Be intentional with where you show up. This is major because its effects are life-changing! Where are you investing your energy? What spaces do you spend most of your time in? Who are you surrounding yourself with?
